What is WorkflowMax?
WorkflowMax is a project management system owned and maintained by Xero. It is very similar to Xero Practice Manager but designed for a more general audience.

Import your teammates from WorkflowMax into Connect4.

Xero login
WorkflowMax account
Connect4 subscription (available on all plans).
Steps to integrate WorkflowMax & Connect4
Step 1: Access My integrations via the dropdown menu from your avatar in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click the toggle button next to WorkflowMax. This will reveal a button prompting you to sign in with your Xero account.
Step 3: Sign in with Xero (if you haven’t already). You will be prompted to allow access to your WorkflowMax data
Step 4: Invite your team members
WorkflowMax should now show as connected, like below.
Head over to My organisation. You should see your WorkflowMax teammates listed. Click the green button to invite them via email.
