Meting participants outside of your organisation can suggest topics for any scheduled meeting by using the "Suggest a talking point" directly in the pod.
(Note: your team will be able to access and edit agendas by using "Edit agenda" from the pod.)
How does a participant use this?
To make it easy, the meeting participants can navigate to the pod ahead of a meeting and use this feature directly in the upcoming agenda tab.

Where does it show on the agenda?
All suggested talking points will be at the bottom of the agenda for you or your team to slot into the agenda.
Missed it before your meeting started?
Not to worry, you can edit the agenda live in the meeting an organisational member by clicking "Edit agenda" live in the meeting.
