When a meeting has come to a close, make sure to book in the next meeting for the pod by toggling the "Set a follow-up meeting" at the end of the meeting agenda. Let's go through the steps to get this setup from a pod captain or team member point of view.

Step 1. Toggle Set a follow-up meeting.

Navigate to the bottom of the meeting agenda. Toggle the button to setup the next meeting.

Step 2: Choose the date & time.

Use the drop down menus to select the data and time. Once select save to commit to the pod as the next meeting.

Step 3: Add to calendar.

Click "Add to my calendar" and choose from the drop down the appropriate calendar Connect4 supports.

Step 4: End meeting. Prepare for next.

Once you've ended your meeting, the next meeting will automatically be populated with the previous meetings agenda as well. As a pod captain or team members, you will be able to update the agenda before the schedule next meeting.

Happy meeting!
